Submitting a request
Submitting a request through this website is an enquiry, not an accepted order. MIDMEN reviews every request and will contact you with the next step. A request is only confirmed for execution once MIDMEN has accepted it and, where applicable, you have approved a quotation and completed payment.
Quotations
Where a quotation is provided, it is valid for the period stated at the time. Prices may change if the scope of the request changes. You approve the quotation before any paid execution begins.
Third-party providers
MIDMEN is an execution coordinator and customer-service layer. Some tasks may be completed by MIDMEN personnel and others through approved third-party providers. MIDMEN takes reasonable care in selecting providers but does not guarantee the acts or omissions of independent third parties beyond what is legally required.
Payment, refunds, cancellations

MIDMEN does not accept requests involving illegal activity, services that require a licensed professional MIDMEN is not authorised to provide, or requests that pose an unreasonable safety or legal risk.
